- HOTEL ACCOMMODATION IN ISLAMABAD : 2 nights hotel accommodation in Islamabad (3-star category), single room on bed & breakfast basis.
- WELCOME DINNER : One welcome dinner at a tourist standard restaurant in Islamabad with office staff.
- PERMITS & FEES : Trekking permits, camping fees, road & bridge fees paid to the Pakistan Government (for members & staff).
- GARBAGE MANAGEMENT : Stool shipment transfer & garbage deposit fees.

- TREKKING EQUIPMENT TRANSPORTATION : Air cargo, truck, jeep, porters & mules transport for all trekking equipment.
- MEMBER LUGGAGE : Up to 15 kg personal baggage per member during the trek.
- FOOD AND LODGING : Three meals per day with tea & coffee, including hotel, lodge, tent & base camp accommodation.
- CAMPING : Complete camping logistic arrangements during the trek.
- PORTERS : 1 porter for every 2 members (to & from Base Camp).
- BASE CAMP STAFF : Experienced Base Camp cook & kitchen helpers.
- BASE CAMP TENTS & EQUIPMENT : Tents, mattress, pillow, dining, kitchen, toilet, shower & staff tents with tables & chairs.
- POWER & HEATING : Solar panel, generator & heating system at Base Camp.

- PAKISTAN ENTRY VISA FEE : Pakistani visa fee for 30 days.

- EXTRA NIGHTS : Extra nights accommodation in Islamabad & Skardu due to early arrival, late departure, early return, or flight cancellation.

- GROUP SPLIT COSTS : Extra charges if trekking and climbing members split during the expedition.
- INSURANCE POLICY : Mandatory insurance covering medical treatment, high-altitude evacuation, trip cancellation & repatriation.
- PERSONAL CLIMBING EQUIPMENT : Clothing, packing items, bags, personal medical kit, and trekking gear.

Itinerary
• Journey: Arrive in Skardu by flight (from Islamabad) or by road (via the Karakoram Highway).• Activities: Visit Shangrila Resort (Lower Kachura Lake) and Upper Kachura Lake, surrounded by flowering fruit trees.• Blossoms: The lake areas are covered with apricot and apple blossoms, creating a pink and white floral paradise.
• Journey: Drive to Shigar Valley (1-2 hours), visiting Shigar Fort and its beautiful gardens.• Activities: Explore Skardu Fort, Satpara Lake, and Shigar Fort. Enjoy the spring colors in the valley.• Blossoms: The apple and apricot blossoms around Shigar Fort and Satpara Lake add stunning colors to the landscape.
• Journey: Drive from Skardu to Khaplu (2-3 hours) through flowering valleys along the Indus River.• Activities: Visit Khaplu Fort, Chaqchan Mosque, and the Khaplu orchards. Stroll through villages filled with spring blossoms.• Blossoms: Experience the full bloom of apricot and cherry trees, with snow-capped peaks in the background.
• Journey: Drive from Khaplu to Machulo (3-4 hours) through meadows covered in blossoms.• Activities: Walk through Machulo Village, visit local farms, and explore Machulo Fort with stunning valley views.• Blossoms: The entire village is filled with apple and apricot blossoms, making it a dreamy floral retreat.
• Journey: Drive back from Machulo to Khaplu (3-4 hours), enjoying blossom-covered valleys.• Activities: Relax in Khaplu Fort's gardens and visit the riverside for a peaceful view of the valley.• Blossoms: The apricot trees are in full bloom, and wildflowers add a splash of color to the valley.
• Journey: Drive back to Skardu (2-3 hours) and visit Deosai National Park (weather permitting).• Activities: Explore the second-highest plateau in the world, enjoy the snowy landscapes, and take in the beauty of Sheosar Lake.• Blossoms: Wildflowers begin to bloom in Deosai, covering the plateau with colors against the snowy peaks.
• Journey: Drive from Skardu to Hunza (7-8 hours) along the Indus River and Karakoram Highway.• Activities: Arrive in Karimabad, explore Baltit Fort, and enjoy the view of Rakaposhi and Ultar peaks.• Blossoms: The valleys are filled with cherry, apricot, and almond blossoms, turning Hunza into a pink and white wonderland.
