• Arrival at Skardu Airport and warm welcome by our team.• Transfer to Shangri-La Resort, Skardu.• Short rest after the flight.• Afternoon drive to Upper Kachura Lake.• Continue to Chunda Valley, famous for spring blossoms and panoramic views.• Overnight stay at Shangri-La Resort, Skardu.
• Breakfast at hotel.• Visit Katpana Cold Desert and Katpana Lake.• Explore Buddha Rock Carvings.• Visit Sadpara Lake with views of surrounding mountains.• Free time at Skardu Bazaar for shopping and local handicrafts.• Short hike to Kharpocho (Skardu) Fort for sunset views.• Overnight stay in Skardu.
• Drive to Shigar Valley.• Visit Sarfaranga Cold Desert.• Stop at Blind Lake, Shigar.• Explore Shigar Village and the historic Amburik Mosque.• Visit Shigar Fort (museum & heritage site).• Check-in and overnight stay at Serena Shigar Fort.

• Drive to Hussaini Village.• Start trek towards Masur Rock.• Approx. 2–2.5 hours hike to reach the viewpoint.• Time for photography, rest, and nature enjoyment.• Trek back and drive to Skardu.• Overnight stay in Skardu.
